Leveraging over 15 years’ experience, we have delivered numerous multidisciplinary infrastructure and capability projects for the Department of Defence.
Frontline Foundation!
Frontline was founded in 2023 by a Veteran Family who identified a commercial shortage in ADF Veteran Owned & Operated Construction Companies. This provided an opportunity for us to pioneer and lead a team of industry professionals guided by the unparalleled quality and dedication in every endeavour which we can offer.
Frontline is not just one person and not your typical construction contractor. Frontline is separate from our competition by striving to serve our clients with the same unwavering loyalty and dedication that defines our Military Service. Through our adaptability, risk identification and integrity, we are able to maximise the industry experience of our people across a range of sectors while providing the best possible outcomes.

Frontline lives by the Values of Honesty, Integrity, and Teamwork! These are now replicated as our Company Values which have been championed throughout our Managing Director's time spent as a member of the Tactical Assault Group (East) and Warlike Deployments.
As a result, he believes that actions speak louder than words; therefore, he has implemented over 30 Company Policies to govern the actions of not only himself, but all Frontline Team Members. These policies include, but aren’t limited to, HSEQ, Diversity & Inclusion, Reconciliation Action, Veteran Employment Domestic & Family Abuse, amongst several others.
We have also implemented a Whistleblower Policy to ensure we remain at the 'front-line' of trust amongst our competitors.
Frontline implements these company policies to demonstrate that we live and breathe our values. This provides an open-book connection and generates strong relationships between Frontline Projects and our Clients!
